Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Shipper / Production Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing with no prior experience required WILL TRAIN! You will be crosstrained to perform a variety of essential tasks in both shipping and production.
Responsibilities include:
- Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Label packages accurately and generate shipping documentation.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate shipping records.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned in both shipping and production areas.
Skills/Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Reliable and punctual.
Shift:
- 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay:
- $20.75 per hour
