Your Role

As a Product Owner in our AI Assistant team you will be responsible for building and optimizing a new stateoftheart AI service. Your leadership will be instrumental in assembling a highperforming team and refining the capabilities of our AI assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers to deliver the AI Assistant service.
• Coordinate and prioritize development efforts using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements align priorities and set expectations.
• Ensure the timely delivery of highquality features and updates.
• Drive innovation by implementing advanced AI technologies including large language models (LLMs) and voice recognition.
• Present and communicate project progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a resultsdriven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. You should be a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a userfocused mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
• Residency in the Netherlands at the time of application.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in LLM engineering data engineering or UI/UX design.
• Background in real estate or familiarity with NVM Wonen.
