Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone email and chat.

  • Address customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve product or service issues by providing effective solutions and alternatives.

  • Process customer orders requests and returns accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products services and policies.

  • Upsell and crosssell products or services to customers as appropriate.

  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.

  • Assist with creating and improving customer service procedures to ensure efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications & Requirements (South Africa):

  • Minimum: Matric/Grade 12 Certificate.

  • Preferred:

    • Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service Business Administration or related field.

    • 12 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

    • Proven track record of delivering highquality customer service.

Certifications:

  • Customer Service Training Certification beneficial.

  • Call Center Certification or related training advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Good time management and multitasking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Customerfocused with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
