A leading Sixth Form College in Westminster seeks a dedicated and passionate Psychology Teacher to join our Social Sciences department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to explore the complexities of human behaviour and mental processes.

* **About the Role:**
* Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons at ALevel covering core areas such as cognitive psychology social psychology developmental psychology and research methods.
* Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate case studies research activities and critical analysis of psychological theories and studies ensuring students develop a strong understanding of psychological principles and methodologies.
* Assess student progress through essays presentations research reports and examinations providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their academic development.
* Organize and facilitate psychologyrelated workshops research projects and visits to psychological institutions enriching students learning experiences and promoting their interest in psychology.
* **Ideal Candidate:**
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field demonstrating a deep understanding of psychological theories and research methods.
* Extensive experience teaching ALevel Psychology with a proven track record of student success and a commitment to high academic standards.
* Strong knowledge of psychological research methods data analysis and ethical considerations in psychological research.
* Excellent communication presentation and critical thinking skills with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* A passion for psychology education and a commitment to fostering scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
