Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Manager with us you will have a key role in our digital transformation. You will be responsible for advancing the development of our business systems ensuring that we remain at the forefront of efficiency and automation.
Mapping processes and needs together with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and create smarter solutions.
Defining and documenting future system requirements in close collaboration with the business to ensure an efficient development process.
Evaluating various system solutions and suppliers to recommend the most suitable option based on the companys needs and requirements.
Creating a detailed requirement specification (URS) as a basis for efficient and accurate procurement.
Leading and coordinating the project team and internal resources throughout the entire implementation process ensuring the system is rolled out according to plan with the appropriate training and support.
Continuously monitoring project progress budget and quality and reporting regularly to management to ensure transparency and goal fulfillment.
We believe that you have:
At least 5 years of experience in IT and business system project management.
Experience working with ERP systems and other business system solutions.
Strong analytical skills and experience in mapping and documenting work processes and system requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant higher education in IT systems science or similar.
Experience leading projects according to agile methods is a plus.
Personal qualities:

You are solutionoriented proactive and possess a strong drive that motivates you to always strive for the best possible solution. You also have a good ability to motivate and lead teams towards set goals. As a person you are a skilled communicator and express yourself well in both spoken and written English.
