About the Business Department:
The Business Department is composed of a passionate and dedicated team of educators who are committed to delivering highquality teaching. Collaboration and professional development are highly encouraged ensuring a dynamic and supportive environment for both students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Business to KS4/KS5 including GCSE and ALevel.
- Develop and deliver engaging effective lessons that inspire students.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing tailored feedback.
- Contribute to the development and innovation of the Business curriculum.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business or a related field.
- PGCE or QTS.
- Experience teaching Business at KS4/KS5 (including GCSE and ALevel.
- ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary on the MPS/UPS scale (dependent on experience).
- Opportunity for TLR for suitable candidates.
