We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Denver CO area and drive profitable sales growth in an assigned territory; Recruit develop coach and support new and existing Account Executives and ensure that they meet their weekly activity guidelines to achieve high performance; focused on exceeding company’s revenue growth targets and businesstobusiness (B2B) customer acquisition strategy.
The ideal Sales Manager has deep experience with the entire sales process excelling at territory planning lead generation relationship building and deal closing. The role demands a leader who can coach and advise while maximizing sales team potential and maintaining a high performance.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong track record of accomplishments and demonstrated success managing sales professionals using formal activity guidelines and technologybased measurement systems; Professional presence and proficiency in consultative selling skills; Strong presentation and communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contactmanagement software such as Salesforce and ACT.
Experience: Minimum two years businesstobusiness outside sales experience focused on new account generation preferably selling a service; Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting selling growing maintaining and retaining accounts)
