CRM and Invoice Support Specialist
Location: Remote (PH)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 6 PM CT
Salary Range: $1000 $1200/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused CRM and Invoice Support Specialist to manage client relationships and ensure seamless invoicing processes. This role is integral to maintaining accurate client data handling inquiries and supporting financial operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Customer Support:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data transactions and interactions.
- Handle client inquiries regarding services billing and account information via phone email and live chat.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client relationship management and issue resolution.
Invoice Processing & Support:
- Manage invoice creation distribution and tracking to ensure timely payments.
- Review and verify billing details for accuracy before sending invoices to clients.
- Assist clients with invoicerelated questions discrepancies and payment processing.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments professionally.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate financial records in the CRM system for auditing and tracking purposes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in CRM management invoicing or customer support. Previous experience in financial services accounting or billing is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) with the ability to explain financial matters clearly.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software.
- DetailOriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure invoices are processed without errors.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Capable of handling billing disputes client concerns and system issues effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and financial procedures as needed.
