The SM Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing shopper marketing strategies to enhance Lor brand visibility and drive sales across channels:
1. Category Management
- Content collection set up. Store
- POSM support
- Perfect store changes in monthly priorities. Planograms development & update
- ustomized plans for chains (based on strategy)
- New channels test&learn
2. Electro Channel
- Customized plans for chains (based on strategy). Incl selling stories
- Perfect store changes in monthly priorities. Planograms development & update
- Analytics collection & implementation in Power Bi
- Market research & tracking
3. Ecom channel
- Content for products collection. Content update according to Perfect store for all products & all channels
- Perfect store implementation for local & global solution & tracking
- Market places support (content activations etc)
- Analytics collection & implementation in Power Bi
4. Accessories Marketing
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in shopper marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- English intermediate is a must
