Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Luxury Sales Support Intern to assist our team in launching new overflow onboarding properties. This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in luxury reservation sales CRM data management property performance analysis and operational sales optimization within a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with properties to ensure accurate and uptodate hotel card information.
- Monitor and manage CRM communications ensuring timely followups with both properties and guests.
- Organize and optimize internal documentation and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to streamline team workflows and improve productivity.
- Live monitor call flow volumes ensuring staff allocation aligns with language demand.
- Set up routing profiles and accreditation for new employees.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in Salesforce CRM workflows.
- Audit and maintain data accuracy for all leads in Salesforce CRM.
- Assist in creating internal communications to support team engagement and updates.
- Track KPIs and conversion rates providing analytical insights to support sales performance.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Business Tourism or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
