Notre support a pour mission de bien cerner le besoin ou la problmatique des utilisateurs. Pour la plupart des cas nous assurons un rle descalade auprs des DSI de nos deux actionnaires ou de nos prestataires externes.
Vous aurez le rle de point dentre support de tous les primtres IT et Systmes Adagio :
- IT et Systmes sites : Infrastructure rseau renouvellements hardware WIFI PMS et interfaces logiciels Accor connexes au PMS (FOLS Opera Cloud) VOIP .
- IT et Systmes sige : tous les outils lis aux systmes dinformation RH Finance RM.. interconnexion PVCP/Accor
- Innovations Digitales Sites : migration FOLS Opera Cloud montique interface room directory digital
- Lobjectif de notre support : la satisfaction de nos clients internes sites et sige pour leur permettre de rpondre au mieux la promesse nos Clients qui sjournent sur nos aparthotels.
- Le traitement des demandes : rception et qualification des demandes.
- Traitement des demandes de niveau 1 ou transfert un niveau suprieur expertises prestataires
- Information de la bonne prise en compte et suivi de la demande jusqu la rponse au demandeur initial.
- Alimentation dun reporting de nos demandes de support.
- Support administratif aux quipes du dpartement sur la dominante IT/Systmes pour la coordination des projets et dploiements en fonction des besoins.
#Amlioration Continue (Outils Process et Mthodes)
Vous assurez la mise jour de la documentation oprationnelle lie aux outils informatiques (process modes opratoires inventaires).

We are seeking an experienced IT & Systems Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris France. As the IT & Systems Support Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organisations IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our internal customers.
- Lead and manage the IT and Systems Support team fostering a collaborative and customerfocused environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and Systems support queries escalating complex issues to appropriate stakeholders or external service providers
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of network infrastructure hardware renewals WIFI and VOIP systems
- Manage the implementation and support of key software systems including PMS (Property Management System) and related interfaces
- Coordinate with HR Finance and Revenue Management teams to ensure seamless integration of their respective IT tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes tools and documentation
- Provide regular reporting on support requests and system performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement digital innovations that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure all IT and systems support activities align with organisational goals and customer satisfaction objectives
Qualifications :

- Vous tes attir ou dj laise sur les sujets digitaux informatiques nos systmes tels que FOLS Opera Cloud et ceux de lenvironnement Accor vous souhaitez dvelopper vos connaissances sur ces sujets
- Vous maitrisez Excel et les autres outils du pack office
- La rigueur la polyvalence lagilit et la soif dapprendre vous animent
- Apprendre de nouveaux logiciels ncessaires votre fonction ne vous fait pas peur
- Vous tes trs laise en anglais tant loral qu lcrit et idalement dans une autre langue galement
- Lusage de lcrit avec les quipes dont vous assurez le support est important vous assurerez galement la cration et la mise jour de documentation diverse vous avez un trs bon rdactionnel
Are you the ideal candidate
- Proven experience in IT and Systems Support management preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure hardware systems and VOIP technologies
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as FOLS and Opera Cloud
- Understanding of HR information systems and finance tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a support team
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred)
