Job Description
Your Mission
As a Web & Content Management Specialist you are the goto person for maintaining and optimizing Dokas digital marketing ecosystem. From managing our global website (doka) to keeping our picture database structured and ensuring seamless of email marketing you play a crucial role in providing impactful content to our audience.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining Dokas website (doka) ensuring structured uptodate and engaging content
- Handling web content updates localization and SEO optimization to improve performance and visibility
- Overseeing the picture database (DAM system) ensuring wellstructured and easily accessible assets for global marketing teams
- Driving email marketing campaigns by managing and ensuring smooth of newsletters
- Interface for technical support via external partners for website issues and ensuring a reliable publishing process
- Optimizing digital assets and content distribution ensuring effective communication and brand consistency across channels
- Contributing to digital marketing initiatives including optimization and analytics of online marketing activities

Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in online marketing or online agency business
- A passion for digital communication with the clear goal to make a difference
- Advanced experience with CMS/DX platforms including knowledge of SEO best practices and email marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and performance measurement tools to provide actionable insights
- Quickly adapt to new requirements conditions and situations
- Mindset and ability to leverage digital technologies and AI to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement
- Strong structured problemsolving and troubleshooting skills concerning all things digital
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)

The salary offered for this position is in line with the market and is based on specific qualifications and appropriate professional experience.
We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 36.400 according to the collective agreement (wood processing industry).
