About the Role
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and successful completion of key retail projects aimed at expanding market reach boosting sales and enhancing service offerings. This role requires strong project management expertise resource coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth timely and budgetconscious project rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination &
- Lead and manage retail expansion projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and quality standards to deliver results on time and within scope.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless .
Resource Management
- Allocate and optimize resources efficiently to maximize project effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with key teams including Retail Operations Sales Engineering Marketing Specialties and Dealers to drive project completion.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders for smooth coordination.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets using monitoring tools and frameworks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project milestones.
- Assess project outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Project Management Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in lubricant sales, FMCG, or B2C distribution management. Proven experience managing distributors and secondary sales channels. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams. Proficiency in sales forecasting, credit management, and market analysis. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
