We are partnering with a leading retail company in Nigeria to find a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Business Development Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive strategic partnerships boost revenue and elevate brand visibility through innovative media placements. What You ll Do:
Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with brands and agencies to promote instore media within supermarkets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Create competitive pricing strategies and media packages tailored to market trends client needs and supermarket insights.
Conduct market research to identify retail media trends and develop compelling propositions for clients.
Act as the main point of contact providing exceptional service and managing client expectations.
Collaborate with supermarket management to gain insights into shopper behavior and develop targeted media solutions.
Monitor sales performance prepare detailed reports for management and clients and adjust strategies as needed.

What You Bring:
A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
5 8 years of experience in sales/business development with a focus on media sales or advertising in retail particularly in Nigeria.
Proven expertise in media sales and instore media placement strategies.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian retail market and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce); familiarity with media planning tools is a plus.
Education
A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Full Time
