What You ll Do:
- Ensure a Safe Workplace Maintain a secure and compliant maintenance environment quickly addressing issues to keep everyone safe.
- Lead a Skilled Team Hire train coach and develop maintenance technicians to maximize efficiency.
- Keep Operations Running Assign tasks monitor performance and solve operational challenges to minimize downtime.
- Drive Maintenance Excellence Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) plans work orders and technical process control.
- Collaborate CrossFunctionally Work with different departments to implement costsaving measures and meet production goals.
- HandsOn Problem Solving Be ready to jump in and troubleshoot machinery when needed.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) 25 years of experience OR an advanced degree 03 years of experience.
- Strong background in CNC machining and installation of motors on hydraulic units.
Skills & MustHave Experience:
- Proficiency with Maximo work order system.
- Experience in developing and implementing PM maintenance plans.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Leadership experience with the ability to delegate and provide clear direction.
- Handson mindset willing and able to work on equipment alongside your team.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- CNC programming experience.
- Experience in costsaving initiatives related to maintenance.
