About the Role:
As a Professional Services Consultant for Application Services you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise customers during the postsales phase. Your primary focus will be to provide handson implementation migration services and advisory support to ensure clients achieve the maximum value from their solutions. You will be an expert in Layer 7 products including DDoS Protection WAF API Gateway Bot Management Certificate Manager Rate Limiting SSL and Page Shield.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver organized timely services to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize the value of products.
Gather technical and business requirements to develop tailored solutions including Solution Designs HLDs LLDs deployment plans and more.
Implement changes on behalf of the customer within the environment ensuring seamless transitions.
Provide expert guidance on configuring customer CPEs and integration points.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical escalations.
Contribute to internal knowledgesharing initiatives supporting documentation development and building operational assets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in customerfacing technical roles such as Customer Engineer Security Engineer Implementation Engineer or Solutions Architect.
Strong understanding of OSI model layers and protocols (TCP/IP TLS DNS HTTP).
Handson experience with Internet and Security technologies including DDoS protection WAFs Certificates DNS CDN and security analytics.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript Bash).
Experience with security solutions like Firewalls Bot Management and Rate Limiting.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform).
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Additional Information:
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Occasional weekend support may be required.
