Job Description
Plant Head" in the footwear industry also known as a Plant Manager or Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shoe manufacturing plant ensuring efficient production quality control and costeffectiveness while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Planning organizing and directing daily production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitoring production processes identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
Ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure product quality.
Monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the production process.
Taking corrective actions to address quality issues.
Team Leadership and Management:
Leading and motivating a team of plant employees.
Providing training and development opportunities for employees.
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
Ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
Resource Management:
Managing plant resources including materials equipment and personnel.
