Job Description

Business Development Executive


Location


Bardhaman (Kalna/Katwa/Galsi/Panagarh)

Salary Range


Up to 3.0 Lakhs CTC p.a daily TA

Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as networking cold calling and online research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to comprehend their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet company targets and broaden the customer base.
  • Negotiation: Managing negotiations and finalizing deals with clients to achieve revenue objectives.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: Typically 2 7 years of experience in sales business development or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion capabilities
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
  • *Minimum 1year experience in sanitaryware sales with OEM/Distributor/Ecommerce companies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and buyers.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently adapt to a fastpaced startup environment and thrive in a targetdriven atmosphere.
