Job Description

Get to Know the Team

Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation corporate food and package deliveries corporate gifting and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We engage with top companies and top brands across the region and we must promote successful Salesforce CRM practices within our organization. To this end we are looking for a handson and operationally. Associate to grow an expanding portfolio of regional Salesforce CRM responsibilities.

To perform this role well you need to create and follow processes and experience exceeding expectations.

Get to Know the Role

  • You will report to the Senior Manager Business Analytics and be part of the regional Grab for Business team helping build Grabs B2B business.
  • You will work with multiple teams including the Grab for Business management team Sales and Accounts Managers Channel Partners team Commercial Operations Regional & Country Finance FP&A Grab Support and more.

You will work in Petaling Jaya and working onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. Database Management: Secure monitor and troubleshoot database processes managing datasets for indepth analysis.
  2. Dashboards: Create impactful reports and dashboards for business teams across Grab markets.
  3. Insight Generation: Use systems like Salesforce CRM SQL and Power BI to obtain insights and make recommendations.
  4. Data Export and Analysis: Manage CRM data export for lead tracking and perform statistical analysis for ad hoc projects.
  5. Collaboration and Data Quality: Collaborate with teams to assess data quality ensuring reporting and create channel reports.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in quantitative fields like Engineering or Science.
  2. Experience: 1 years in business analytics or sales operations within B2B SaaS or tech environments.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Skills in SQL Power BI for dashboard creation and scripting languages like Python.
  4. Data Management: Expertise in Gsheet and for data maintenance and distribution.
  5. Sales & Finance: Familiarity with sales and finance concepts for collaboration.
  6. Analytical Skills: Analytical thinking for impact sizing and achieving priorities.
