You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role of Strategy & Alignment Manager reports directly to Chief of Staff and is responsible for orchestrating a complex and fastmoving set of meetings and activities across our International Operated Markets (IOM) segment. This important area of our business covers all owned McDonalds markets outside of the US accounting for one third of worldwide sales. The Segment is as diverse as it is successful including 5 large markets (Canada France Germany UK&I Australia) and 11 smaller but rapidly growing markets in Europe.
Led by the President of IOM the IOM Segment consists of a dedicated team that supports the work of Managing Directors and their market leadership teams in maximising their growth and success. The operations of this segment team are coordinated by Chief of Staff for IOM President.
As the Strategy & Alignment Manager you will make a considerable contribution to the teams success through organising and accelerating the work of the Segment.

Our office is currently based in Shoreditch London. We will be moving to a new office in East Finchley North London from September 2025. Our new office location is well connected to public transport and will have onsite parking & EV charging facilities.
