Job Description

We are working with a fintech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Solana Developer to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 240k300k / year (excluding bonus).

Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and maintain highperformance applications on the Solana blockchain.
  • Write clean efficient and secure code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend mobile QA and product teams to deliver robust Solana applications.
  • Optimize performance and scalability for highvolume operations.
  • Conduct code reviews and technical research to improve the tech stack.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Solana blockchain development with a strong project portfolio.

  • Expertise in Rust or other relevant languages.

  • Deep understanding of Solana architecture smart contracts and DeFi protocols.

  • Experience with Git/GitHub Postgres Redis and NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes (preferred).

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Ethereum Cosmos Bitcoin or other blockchains.

  • Knowledge of DeFi protocols NFT ecosystems Kafka.

  • Startup or highgrowth environment experience.
