Job Description

Job Summary

As a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys expanding needs. You will play a critical role in developing effective recruitment strategies ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend recruitment processes for various roles including screening interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends and competitive hiring strategies.

  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines ensuring timely followup and a positive candidate experience.

  • Assess candidates qualifications cultural fit and potential through structured interviews and assessments.

  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters on best practices and recruitment strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a BPO or multinational company.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

  • Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • High level of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail.
