Your Role:
- Moderate content (texts images videos) in Dutch ensuring it meets our community standards and legal guidelines.
- Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech abusive language explicit material and spam ensuring a positive user experience.
- Make quick fair and consistent decisions to safeguard our platforms integrity and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and continuously improve the moderation process.
- Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest online trends challenges in content moderation and digital safety practices.
- Deliver highquality work while hitting performance goals and upholding the integrity of the platform.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Strong command of English for communication with team members and leadership.
- Prior experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to make swift accurate decisions in a highpressure environment.
- Great organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of online safety community guidelines and digital security.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to creating a safer online space.
