Job Description

Requirements:

  • MS/BS in CS/IT/SE
  • Experience: 2 years of proven experience in same capacity including 1 year in Agile environment
  • Certifications: Training & Certification in Agile Project Management. Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Solid organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning and resource management.
  • Proven problemsolving skills with a solutionoriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with crossdiscipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and milestones for the successful delivery.
  • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their .
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Conducting postproject evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
