Job Description
Requirements:
- MS/BS in CS/IT/SE
- Experience: 2 years of proven experience in same capacity including 1 year in Agile environment
- Certifications: Training & Certification in Agile Project Management. Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Solid organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in project planning and resource management.
- Proven problemsolving skills with a solutionoriented mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with crossdiscipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and milestones for the successful delivery.
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their .
- Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting postproject evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
