What Youll Be Doing:
- Moderate content (text images videos) in Dutch ensuring it aligns with our community standards and complies with legal guidelines.
- Protect the online experience by identifying and addressing toxic content including hate speech harassment explicit material and spam.
- Ensure clear and consistent moderation decisions to maintain a positive digital environment.
- Collaborate with our global team to tackle complex content issues and contribute to improving our policies and tools.
- Stay ahead of new digital trends and challenges in content moderation to continuously improve our processes.
- Strive for efficiency and accuracy while meeting set KPIs and deadlines.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a must.
- Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
- Previous content moderation or customer support experience is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to think critically.
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational skillsyou thrive in a remote or hybrid work setup.
- Knowledge of online safety practices community guidelines and internet security.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- A proactive problem solver with a passion for maintaining a positive online environment.
Bonus Points If:
- Youre familiar with content moderation tools and platforms.
- You have a keen interest in internet culture and social media trends.
- You have a background in compliance legal or media industries.
