Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep understanding and strong experience in video coding standards e.g. H.265/HEVC H.266/VVC AV1 or AV2.
- Indepth knowledge of rate control and video codec optimization.
- Deep understanding and extensive experience in designing and optimizing neural networks.
- Excellent software design problemsolving and debugging abilities strong programming skills in C/C.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in image or video processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in machine learning generative video technologies and computer vision would be highly valued.
- Excellent collaboration skills and strong written and verbal communication skills are also desirable.

- At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143100 and $264200 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
