Job Description
- Salary: $55900 $69998 (prorata) Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
- Permanent Part Time rosters available which vary:
- between 6am8pm
- 2050 hours per fortnight (with occasional weekends)
- Locations where we have current vacancies: Ascot Cockburn Duncraig Gosnells Joondalup Nollamara & the Peel Region.
What we need you to do:
- Support our customers during outings transporting to and from daily activities and achieving personal goals
- Administer medication and assist with personal care
- Build long lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in meaningful ways encouraging communication and social interaction
- Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets case notes and incident reporting
