Position: Business Development Representative

- Excellent phonecommunication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent phonesales negotiation persuasion and onecall closing skills.
- Positive mindset.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Willingnessto make outbound phonecalls every day and desire to find out who answers.
- Disciplined with the ability to work independently and as part of a business development team.
- Previoussales experience is a plus but not required.
- 3 years of phonesales experience is a big plus.
- Technical proficiencyis a big plus.
- Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and auditory skills.
- Lookingfor remote business development opportunities and area resident of FL TX or OH.
A day in the life:
- Actively prospect and generate new business via the phone.
- Be a stonecold call closer with warm leads.
- Engage with prospective clients via phoneto understand their unique needs.
- Present our product and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Deliver phoneand Microsoft Teams sales demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our highperforming business development team culture.
