We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Inpatient Dietitian to join our clients team in Prescot Merseyside. This role involves providing highquality dietetic services in an acute care setting focusing on facetoface interactions with patients. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop tailored dietary plans to meet the specific needs of our inpatients. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure integrated care and support the overall wellbeing of our clients.
What will your responsibilities be:
In this role the Band 6 Inpatient Dietitian will be responsible for conducting detailed nutritional assessments developing and implementing personalised dietary plans and monitoring patient progress. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care as well as educating patients and their families on nutritional best practices. The Dietitian will also be involved in the evaluation and improvement of dietetic services ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
