Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the senior team at Tilda. This is a leadership role that will require you to oversee both frontofhouse operations and team performance while upholding the high standards of service hospitality and guest experience that House Made Hospitality is known for.

Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service;
- Excellent organisational & time management skills;
- A driven & resultsfocused attitude;
- Sound food & beverage knowledge;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Familiarity with hospitality software programs; and
- Strong leadership management & motivational skills.
