About the Role:
As a fulltime Business Studies Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging and wellstructured Business Studies lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5 covering topics such as strategic management international business and ethical decisionmaking. You will develop and adapt resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students promoting critical thinking and problemsolving skills. You will assess student progress through presentations case studies and business simulations providing timely and constructive feedback. You will also contribute to departmental meetings and potentially lead extracurricular business clubs or enterprise projects.
Ideal Candidate:
You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies Economics or a related field with a strong understanding of business principles and practices. Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at the secondary level preferably in a girls school setting is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial as is the ability to inspire and motivate young women to pursue careers in business.
