Job Description
BOOST IT is looking for a Workplace Project Manager to coordinate deliverables provided by technical teams from different product families and supportdepartments. Depending on the size of the project(s) the service will manage 1 to 4 projects in parallel.
Project Details
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Lisbon hybrid model (twice a week)
B2B Contract or Employee contract
Tasks
The service will interact with the One Workplace team which has endtoend responsibility for delivering projects that contribute to the IT standardization strategy. These projects may be related to the One Workplace Strategic Program IT refresh objectives Product Evolution or other independent projects requested and funded by entities worldwide.
The transversal project management service will coordinate deliverables provided by technical teams from different product families and support departments. Depending on the size of the projects the service will manage 1 to 4 projects in parallel.
Deliverables:
- Effort estimates of expected deliverables
- Itemized project plan(s) (WBS)
- Progress tracking and reports
- Risks & Issues reporting
Requirements
- Senior project management expertise with a minimum of 3 years in IT operations or IT consulting focusing on Workplace
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Resultsoriented and selfmotivated professionals
- Organizational and structured approach
- Ability to engage and interface with senior stakeholders across an international footprint
- Capability to interact with technical experts and process owners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English proficiency is mandatory
