Product Growth Lead

**Hello! This is Carmen from Factorial and I am seeking a **Product Growth Lead. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of driving business growth from X to Y. The role is a unique opportunity in one of the fastest growing SaaS in Europe offering one of the few genuine Product Led Growth (PLG) roles in the B2B space. Youd own the entire customer journey: product trial selfserve activation onboarding and expansion. In addition what makes this position truly special is that its the only role in Factorial where youll be both the team manager (Engineering and design would report to you) while acting as the IC Product Manager. Essentially youd be running your own business within Factorial.

**Who youll be working with

The team is currently led by **Pablo Gutirrez our Swiss Army knife acting as both Engineering Manager and Product Manager this team stands out for its proactiveness fast entrepreneurial mindset and creativity (dont get me talking on Musical Kudos.... Last and most importantly theyre a joy to work with. You will join forces with the talented **Amalia Gonzlez **Chlo Dumit **Rubn Prez on the tech side and **David Garca will be your design partner in crime. This team (and you) reports to **Carmen Head of Product Marketing and Product Growth. Previously Product Director of the Time and Payroll domain at Factorial and shes also writing this job description talking about herself in the third person). Lastly you can expect to work with peers from the **Operations Finance Marketing and Product teams on a daily basis. Due to the scope this team owns youll have many stakeholders to collaborate with. Therefore you have to be excellent at **communication creating strong relationships and project coordination.

**Requirements

Im looking for a passionate and driven Product Leader with the following experience and skills. Dont be discouraged if you dont check all of them:

• **Product Sense: A strong understanding of product design principles and a passion for building usercentric products.
• **Business Acumen: Youve built business or are a product leader with datadriven approach focuses on achieving business outcomes.
• **Growth experiences: You bring a track record of growing business/products from X to Y.
• **Prioritization & : Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously focusing on the most impactful initiatives. A practical resultsoriented approach.
• **Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams. Experience building and mentoring teams is a plus. Entrepreneurial experience or previous leadership roles are highly valued.
• **PLG: Ideally you have experience with Product Led Growth in B2B and have worked on selfserve onboarding or crossselling initiatives.

**Compensation

This role compensation can vary can vary depending on your skills experience and proven impact. Its fair to say that the range were offering is **within 70.000 to 90.000. In addition youll get a generous ESOP package and benefits.
