Hybrid DevOps Engineer to Technology Company in Porto Portugal

Tasks
- Support us in planning and designing the infrastructure of our products
- Design build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools to deliver highquality software in the most efficient manner
- Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and deployment
- Implement and maintain GitOps practices for versioncontrolled and declarative infrastructure and application management
- Work with Security Team to ensure systems are safe against security threats and set up security protocols.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure responding to system issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless automated and secure release processes.
- Keep uptodate with the latest technologies and best practices in DevOps containerization and cloud services.
Requirements
- A degree or education in computer science and/or proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins CircleCI GitLab CI/CD)
- Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker container management
- Handson experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform
- Experience with one or more of the main cloud providers (GCP Azure or AWS)
- Experience with GitOps and source control management tools like Git
- Solid understanding of network security and cloud infrastructure
- Scripting skills (e.g. Python Bash)
- Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and how HTTPbased microservices work
- Knowledge of Java Go and SQL is advantageous
- English is no hurdle for you (at least B2levelrequired)
- You are a team player and work independently and autonomously
