In this role youll connect cuttingedge AI tools quickly build MVPs and prototypes and automate workflows to drive growth. This position suits someone with a hacker mindset: you thrive on experimenting iterating and scaling successes rather than doing indepth research or building models from scratch.

Tasks

Key responsibilities:

• Rapidly test and deploy AI solutions integrating models (e.g. opensource models on Hugging Face custom RAG pipelines Stable Diffusion LoRAs) into proofofconcept products.
• Adapt and finetune AI models via prompt engineering parameter adjustments or straightforward training pipelines.
• Automate processes and connect SaaS tools and AI services using platforms such as LangChain/LlamaIndex Zapier/Make/IFTTT/n8n or simple serverless apps.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to spot growth opportunities and implement AIbased solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and quickly test their potential in realworld scenarios.
• Work with existing systems (web mobile backoffice) to integrate new AI features in a fastpaced startup environment.
• Contribute to the analytics process gathering insights from data and iterating on solutions for maximum impact.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience deploying and connecting AI models or APIs (e.g. opensource models RAG pipelines vector databases).
• Competence in prompt engineering model testing and basic model adaptation (parameter tuning creating training sets).
• Foundational coding skills (scripting API calls debugging basic web applications).
• Experience automating and integrating various SaaS services (LangChain/LlamaIndex Zapier/Make/IFTTT/n8n).
• Enthusiasm for AI with a rapid prototyping mindset and a curiosity for discovering new tools and methods.
• Analytical thinking and a keen ability to recognise growth opportunities backed by strong problemsolving skills.
• Good understanding of modern web and mobile development fundamentals.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) alongside strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a bias towards action and iteration.
