Senior Growth Analyst

Position Overview: The Senior Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic growth and development initiatives at Halvik. This role will work directly for the Chief Growth Officer and serve as a deputy across multiple growth functions within the company. This will include working with the business development team (who identifies business opportunities and manages key relationships) working with the proposal manager (who is overseeing proposal and bid activities) and ensuring successful execution of strategic bids. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in federal contracting and traditional BD / capture activities a strong background in personnel and project management and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement mid and long-term growth strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Proposal and Bid Process:
    • Work with the current proposal manager and solutions architects to assist with the proposal and bid process for federal contracts ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of proposal development activities ensuring that the company has access to appropriate resources and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Financial and Growth Analysis:
    • Oversee the management of the companys business development pipeline and CRM tools to track leads opportunities and client interactions effectively. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis and growth forecasting to assess the companys performance and future potential. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic planning and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Plan organize and facilitate quarterly leadership meetings for C-suite and executive audiences.
    • Facilitate communication between corporate development and other departments (e.g. finance contracts and operational teams) to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives and proposal development.
  • Business Development and Relationship Management:
    • Ensure Halviks access to relevant contract vehicles leading the companys approach to identify and pursue GWAC opportunities including partnerships and alliances.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key federal agencies clients and industry partners.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence:
    • Allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including contracts finance and technical departments to ensure alignment and support for corporate development efforts.
    • Identify and manage risks associated with strategic initiatives including legal and financial considerations.
    • Provide regular updates to senior executives on progress challenges and key performance indicators.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients partners and investors to keep them informed of key developments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate development business development or a related role with a focus on federal contracting and IT services.
    • Proven track record of success in managing and growing federal contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with federal clients and industry partners.
    • In-depth knowledge of federal regulations compliance requirements and industry standards.
