Job Description
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect analyze and interpret data related to transport and logistics operation
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within logistics processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations finance and IT to gather requirements and ensure alignment of logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
- System Implementation and Optimization: Support the implementation of logistics management systems and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the transport and logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement and system optimization projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Experience with logistics management systems (e.g. TMS WMS).
- Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
