Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries bookings and issue resolution via multiple channels (email phone and chat).
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Knowledge of travel industry solutions such as Amadeus and Sabre along with experience in African tourism will be considered a valuable asset.
