Urgent requirement of PEGA Delivery Manager Permanent Sydney
Requirements
- 10 years experience delivering Pegabased projects including Pega platform implementation process automation and artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously balancing competing priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC Pega Customer Service Case Management and BPM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe Kanban etc. with experience working alongside Scrum Leads and agile teams.
- Demonstrated ability with managing client relationships aligning expectations resolving conflicts and ensuring satisfaction.
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams including Product Managers Solution Architects and Developers.
- Strong risk management and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Smart sheet MS Project).
- Experience integrating Pega with APIs Micro services Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise applications.
- Agile or project management certifications (CSM PMP SAFe PMIACP) are a plus
Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
15+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs. Manage large-scale Pega projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. Collaborate with business and IT teams, including executives, developers, and architects, to ensure seamless implementation. Oversee end-to-end program , including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management. Strong experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), BPM, and Case Management. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Understanding of Pega architecture, integrations, and cloud deployments.
