About the Role:
  • AI P/L CEO/COO/CTO VP
  • This position considers all of our excellent engineers global development capabilities and past knowledge and experience as assets and will utilize these accumulated assets and knowledge to the fullest extent to deliver value using AI to missioncritical areas of society. As a candidate for business manager you will be responsible for domestic P/L and business and will take on the mission as a manager together with the CEO/COO/CTO and VP while giving members a high perspective

As a candidate for business manager you will first get to know the service together with the field members and increase customer resolution and then gradually entrust management to them. Specific duties include the following:
  • Responsible for the management agenda and P/L for 6 months to 1 year
  • Planning executing and achieving business plans for up to 1 year ahead
  • Make strategic decisions with the CEO and streamline daily operations
  • Catch up on market and technology trends and respond quickly to changes
  • Support management strategy decisionmaking for up to 5 years
  • Practical work and management to achieve P/L
  • From strategy planning to of customer acquisition
  • Identifying the clients true management and business issues creating proposals and closing
  • Launching projects in collaboration with PMs quality control throughout the development process schedule formulation and budget management
  • Strategic resource allocation for the abovementioned practices planning recruitment strategies based on midterm management plans
  • Optimization of business team evaluation systems and organizational development
  • People management: member training and evaluation of sales teams and business development teams of 1020 people
