Required Skills:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements business needs and team dynamics to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across various job boards social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
- Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews assess candidate qualifications and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles ensuring a quick response to hiring needs.
- Conduct background checks before formalizing offers.
- Manage the candidate offer process including negotiations.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Assist in onboarding and the transition of new hires ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to employment.
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and recommend new strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of fullcycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (LinkedIn) and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- A resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
Requirements: Should have 5 to 8 years of experience into Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernate, SQL Server would be good. Hands on Experience on Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have. Good Command and hands on experience working on tool set like Eclipse IDE, SQL clients. Experience using Application server like Tomcat, JBoss, Wildfly. Experience with distributed computing is a plus. Familiarity with AWS is a plus. Knowledge on JIRA and AGILE Scrum process would be an advantage . Pro-active in problem resolutions with good coordination skills is desirable.
