We are seeking highlymotivated Senior Business Analyst who is mainly responsible for analyzing business needs identifying areas for improvement and providing datadriven solutions to support organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders gathering requirements and ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis & Elicitation:
- Collaborate with BU Specialists to elicit and review business requirements.
- Analyse and document the "to be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and/ or function points perform impact assessment.
- Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements based on business requirements.
- Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep.
- Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan.
2. Team Collaboration:
- Transition functional and nonfunctional requirements to System Analysts and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Work with Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
- Maintain up to date knowledge base related to application features and processes.
3. Testing & Scope Management:
- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly.
- Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project.
Requirements
- Master or Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics Information System Financial Engineering or similar domain.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong quantitative analytical problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
- Experience in scoping and evaluation Defining overall considerations including scalability maintainability cost operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) is a plus.
- Strategic forwardthinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications influencing negotiating and persuasion skills.

Education
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Finance, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics or relevant disciplines.
