As an Insurance Sales Appointment Setter you ll be the vital connection between businesses facing insurance renewal challenges and our expert broker who can offer them superior solutions. Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to businesses with 25100 employees across target markets
  • Demonstrate your persuasive skills by successfully navigating past gatekeepers to reach HR directors office managers and business owners
  • Qualify prospects through targeted questioning about their current insurance situation renewal dates and pain points
  • Create excitement around the possibility of finding better insurance options and rates for potential clients
  • Arrange live transfers to the broker when you ve identified highly qualified prospects ready for consultation
  • Focus your efforts on companies approaching their insurance renewal dates when they re most receptive to change
  • Track all call outcomes in detail and maintain accurate records of conversations and followup requirements
  • Consistently achieve or exceed appointmentsetting targets while maintaining high quality standards
  • Adapt your approach based on feedback and results to continuously improve conversion rates



Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear professional English pronunciation
  • Proven shark mentality assertive persistent and confident in your ability to reach decisionmakers
  • Quick thinking with the ability to overcome objections and keep conversations moving forward
  • Previous experience in appointment setting cold calling or phone sales highly desired
  • Understanding of business insurance concepts or employee benefits a plus but training will be provided
  • Strong listening skills to identify prospect needs and pain points during conversations
  • Resilient attitude that views rejection as part of the process not a personal setback
  • Comfortable using VOIP calling systems and CRM software to manage prospect information
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional calls
