Job Description
This is a remote position.
Lead Photo Editor Architectural & HighEnd Photography
We are looking for a highly skilled Photo Editor to take charge of editing architectural and highend photography ensuring the highest level of visual quality. In this role you will set the creative and technical direction for our editing process ensuring consistency innovation and excellence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit architectural and highend photography to exceptional standards enhancing images for maximum visual impact.
Establish and maintain a consistent editing style that aligns with our creative vision. - Refine and improve photo editing workflows staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure expectations are aligned.
- Provide technical guidance on photo editing including color correction lighting adjustments HDR blending and perspective
- correction.Edit headshots and portraits when needed to add extra value to the team.
Requirements
- Expertlevel proficiency in Photoshop Lightroom and HDR blending.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color accuracy lighting and composition.
- A growth mindset constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate in editing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills proactive responsive and able to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small dedicated team.
- (Bonus) Experience with portrait and headshot retouching.
