Senior Head of Design - Connect Hybrid

SEEK is looking for a Senior Head of Design Connect to lead the design strategy and across our Connect Recruiter Products and Incubation portfolio. This is a highimpact leadership role where youll drive design vision elevate product experiences and lead a passionate team that spans Australia Malaysia Singapore and Hong Kong.

Reporting to the APAC Director of Design & Research youll collaborate closely with  a dynamic and passionate Design Leaders to align design with SEEKs strategic goals and ensure our marketplace continues to delight 30 million users each month across 8 countries.

What Youll Be Doing:

Shape a futurefocused design strategy thats grounded in customer needs and aligned to SEEKs longterm business goals.
Lead and mentor a diverse talented team of designers and leaders fostering a culture of excellence empathy and inclusion.
Collaborate with crossfunctional peers in Product Engineering Research and Strategy to deliver innovative cohesive product experiences.
Champion humancentred design practices using quantitative and qualitative research to guide decisionmaking.
Drive incubation and earlystage product innovation using prototyping testing and customer feedback to inform design direction.
Represent design at the senior leadership level advocating for the value of design in driving commercial success.
