We are seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager to take endtoend accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market. This role involves managing service quality optimizing portfolios and collaborating with top management to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer delivery from end to end ensuring high service quality.
- Oversee portfolio items in the data center business and optimize the service catalog.
- Monitor and improve delivery performance and quality working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain strong communication with customers focusing on technical aspects.
- Engage with top management and develop global cooperation strategies across national and international markets.
Qualifications :
- Fluent German (mandatory) Required for direct communication with German customers.
- Strong English (mandatory) Required for internal communication within our international company.
- 5 years of experience in service catalog management.
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach.
- Proven expertise in billing processes and business process analysis.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams at an international level.
- Wellconnected in cloud services and/or public cloud communities.
- Strong technical leadership problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage at senior levels.
- High adaptability to dynamic and fastpaced environments (startup mentality).
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
