Job Description
How a day would look like:
Understanding the clients requirements and consequently strategizing effective lead generation campaigns accordingly.
Being the postsales SPOC for the client and ensuring optimal lead delivery.
Overseeing a team of Tele callers and data entry analysts to ensure client delivery and satisfaction.
Working closely with the sales and business development team and communicating campaign feasibility after doing effective due diligence of each proposed campaign.
Qualifications :
Must have skills in candidates:
Candidates should be very comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
Candidates must have a minimum 12 years of client management experience. Should be very number oriented and analytical in nature.
Extremely high attention to detail is required as you would be dealing with a lot of data and a lot of numbers.
