Job Summary
KBR requires an FMS Program Manager at Robins AFB area to support the C130 Foreign Military Sales Office. The candidate must work well with a widelydispersed team and be assertive in capturing key inputs and data to incorporate into various products on a daily basis. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written verbal and active listening). The candidate must be comfortable working in a very dynamic fluid environment and enjoy problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead for C130 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
- Supports program requirements program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS precase case reconciliation and case closure activities in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
- Draft letters correspondence documentation at the Case Managers direction.
- Support research and analysis for the development of Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
- Provide data and prepare briefs and reports including case Program Management Review (PMR) documentation and presentation materials/briefs and country correspondence.
- Assist the Program/Case Manager in the of all assigned program activities.
- Participate in meetings to support program objectives. Analyzes program requirements status budget and schedules. Performs program management technical or business case analyses.
- Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect complete organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for C130 FMS requirements.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in a related field
- At least five 10 years of experience performing program management duties supporting the DoD and/or experience supporting FMS acquisition of major systems or components
- A SECRET security clearance is required
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current USAF weapon system management processes policies and procedures
- C130 or other similar fixed wing or military aircraft experience
