Job Description

Job Summary:

Recruitment Partners play a critical role within the recruitment team. You are responsible for endtoend recruitment and client management within your given vertical. Recruitment Partners lead the recruitment process end to end autonomously and seamlessly managing the client relationship and experience. The role involves sourcing screening interviewing and managing candidates to meet client hiring requirements while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to recruitment processes. The Recruitment Partner works with the direction of the Recruitment Lead and collaborates with sourcing teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and highquality recruitment delivery.

New Client Calibration: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs company culture and expectations to ensure accurate candidate alignment. Use Staff Domain s calibration methodology to ensure a positive client experience.

Job Description (JD) SignOff: Partner with clients to finalize and approve job descriptions before the recruitment commences.

Candidate Acquisition: Use your own sourcing strategies and partner with the sourcing team to identify and engage candidates fit for your active roles and pipelining for future requisitions.

Candidate Qualification: Interview candidates for specific roles identifying their suitability for the role. Tagging and talent pooling as you go and adding all notes to the system ensuring data integrity of the Zoho database.

Candidate Experience: At all time craft and execute an immaculate candidate experience ensuring all candidates leave the Staff Domain process with a positive experience. Maintain candidate control throughout the process and manage any issues proactively to avoid fall out.

Client Interviews: Attend interviews with clients for new client headcount requests

Existing Client Recalibration: Regularly check in with existing clients to assess their evolving needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Clients with active roles should be contacted by phone every 2 days with updates on the process market feedback and next steps.

Weekly Pipeline Updates: Provide a weekly roundup email to clients highlighting the status of the recruitment process and next steps.

Deescalation and Prevention: Handle any client concerns or escalations proactively ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution.

Client Queries: Address general client queries or direct them to the appropriate channels (CSM HR Sales).

Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage recruitment activities for assigned roles from role calibration to offer stage.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and clients.
  • Support the Recruitment Lead during client calibration discussions and recalibrations where required. Eventually once fully trained and confident you ll lead calibrations with clients.
Offer Management: Manage the offer process through preclosing procedures and on the phone final verbal offers (VO) to candidates. Obtaining VOVAs (verbal offer/verbal acceptance) on the phone and update the client

Transition to HR and CSM: Ensure a seamless transition of candidate responsibilities to HR and CSM once a candidate has signed their Job Offer (JO).

Data Management and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in Zoho for all recruitment activities.
  • Update candidate status interview outcomes and offer details promptly.
  • Submit progress updates to the Recruitment Lead as required.
Reporting and Communication
  • Reports directly to the Recruitment Lead.
  • Provides regular updates on recruitment progress pipeline status and challenges.
  • Escalates issues and concerns to the Recruitment Lead for resolution.
  • Participates in team meetings calibration sessions and performance reviews.
Compliance and Process Adherence
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and data privacy standards.
  • Adhere to candidate control processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards in recruitment delivery as directed by the Recruitment Lead.
Mentoring: Actively mentoring junior recruiters within the recruitment team providing regular feedback guidance and coaching.


Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Proficient in endtoend recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Good understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn job boards internal databases).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment management software (Zoho preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in endtoend recruitment preferably in agency inhouse or BPO/RPO environments.
  • Experience working with clientfacing teams or in a clientservicing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment KPIs reporting tools and CRM systems.
  • Preferably someone with IT or Technical recruitment experience (Software Development and / or Infrastructure)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required depending on experience. Professional Experience: Experience in Recruitment or Staffing: At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, ideally within a client-facing or business development role in the Real Estate, Engineering or Build environment industry Business Development/Client Management: Experience in building relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and negotiating terms of business. Sales Experience: Experience in a sales or business development capacity, particularly within recruitment, is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the (Engineer, Constructional, Build, Real Estate) industry or sectors the recruitment firm is targeting would be advantageous Technical Skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience using ATS platforms like Job Adder or other recruitment software (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, etc.. CRM Tools: Experience with CRM tools to manage client and candidate interactions. Job Boards & Boolean Search Skills: Experience using job boards like Seek Talent Premium, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other platforms, and proficiency in Boolean searching techniques to find candidates. MS Office Suite & Communication Tools: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with communication tools like LinkedIn or InMail for candidate and client outreach. Soft Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interactions, emails, presentations, and reporting. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for selling recruitment services and closing deals with clients. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, job orders, and candidates simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and come up with innovative recruitment solutions.
