Job Description
- 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Able to manage the coordination with hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments online interviews and inperson interviews.
- ABle to work on Applicant Tracking Systems i.e. Zoho Recruit
Requirements
- Good communication skills are required
- Hands on experience on Naukri & Job Posting
- Must be aware of LinkedIn Job Postings
- Head Hunting
- Knowledge about Zoho Recruit
- Can handle the targets.
